BeetlAI Softwares Private Limited ("BeetlPay", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you pay a bill and why.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, to verify you with an OTP and send payment updates.
- Biller details and account numbers you enter, to fetch your bill.
- Transaction details such as amount, time, status and transaction ID.
How we use it
To fetch bills, process payments, show receipts, resolve complaints, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Your biller, the Bharat BillPay network and our technology partner Setu, your bank or UPI app, and authorities when the law requires. We do not store your UPI PIN or card details.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, subject to records we must keep by law. Write to support@beetlai.com.
